The Curious Case of Lonesome George

Lonesome George, the last surviving Pinta tortoise in the world, seems to be about to become a father, at the ripe age of somewhere between 60 and 90 (still in his prime, apparently). George has had his pick of females but has never shown much interest. After what must be a real pain in the arse level of human obsession with his mating habits, including giving him handjobs and torto-porn (boy will my google stats get interesting after this post) they've left him to get on with it on his own, and when no one was looking, winked at some tortoise chica he liked the look of, who clearly has the hots for 60 - 90 year old tortoises who are not of her species!

Hurrah!
